Dr. Maheshkumar Baladaniya is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at Neighborhood Physical Therapy PC. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree along with a Master of Science (MS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. With extensive clinical experience and a strong academic foundation, Dr. Baladaniya is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care and advancing rehabilitation outcomes. His leadership at Neighborhood Physical Therapy reflects his commitment to excellence in therapeutic practice and clinical innovation.

Dr. Zhenhuan Liu, Professor of Pediatrics and pediatric acupuncturist, has over 40 years of experience in child rehabilitation. He has treated 40,000+ children with cerebral palsy, autism, and intellectual disabilities, helping over 26,800 reintegrate into school and society. He is Vice-Chairman of the Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Committee (WFCMS) and Visiting Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has authored 10 books and published 268 research papers.
