Biography

Muhammad Aliyu Abba is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Physiotherapy, College of Health Sciences, Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Bayero University Kano and later earned a Master’s degree from Vincent Pol University, Lublin, Poland. He began his academic career at Bayero University Kano as an Assistant Lecturer. Through the support of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund, he pursued and completed a PhD in Neurological Physiotherapy at the University of Ibadan. Dr. Abba has taught extensively at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has successfully supervised over 22 undergraduate research projects and three master’s dissertations. His academic contributions include numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. He continues to play a vital role in advancing physiotherapy education and research in Nigeria.
